The company was founded in 2006. Our main field of activity is engineering, technical consulting. We are constantly training our colleagues in order to be able to represent ourselves in both national and international competition. Our business partners and customers include individuals, companies and municipalities. In the past period, we have become a leading player in the market thanks to our staff, our professionalism and our precise work. We have gained experience in shaping our environment through hundreds of successful designs and implementations. We have a significant reference and are currently carrying out large-scale construction works on several sites, based on our architectural, interior design and construction design documentation.

We have been providing BIM services since 2008. Not only in the region, but also at national level, we are pioneers in this task, which is still unknown to many of our colleagues. The buildings we model have made designing more efficient and construction significantly cheaper. By constructing the building in 3 dimensions, we filter out design errors and discrepancies between disciplines, coordinate or recommend solutions to avoid extra work. We screen out errors that would only come to light during construction, at extra cost to both investors and contractors. Once the construction is completed, the 3D model remains important for the operation, conversion or even demolition of the building.

Marcell-Ház Kft., together with its foreign partner, has been involved in the virtual execution of construction projects around the world since 2008. The virtual construction covers all building disciplines, i.e. structure, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical and fire water systems. Models are built from 2D plans or 3D point clouds (LIDAR laser scan). We prepare detailed documentation on the defects detected during the modelling of the disciplines, which is delivered to the client before the construction.Currently, we are already teaching BIM in the Master of Engineering Management at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Debrecen. In addition to this training, we are launching a BIM engineering course in February.
