We have been providing BIM services since 2008. Not only in the region, but also at national level, we are pioneers in this task, which is still unknown to many of our colleagues. The buildings we model have made design more efficient and construction significantly cheaper. By constructing the building in 3 dimensions, we filter out design errors and discrepancies between disciplines, coordinate or recommend solutions to avoid extra work and extra work. We screen out errors that would only come to light during construction, at extra cost to both investors and contractors. Once the construction is completed, the 3D model remains important for the operation, conversion or even demolition of the building. Our main customer is TRIMBLE, the largest manufacturer of measuring devices in the USA. Together, we have worked on projects such as Cars Disneyland, the Abu Dhabi F1 Grandstand, and the modelling of numerous hospitals and airports.

We have been associated with the University of Debrecen since 2006. Previously we taught computer- based design, today we teach BIM basics in Hungarian and English to students.
